For reservations during busy periods we normally request first night payment deposit which can be made
through PAYPAL or you can book through www.hostelworld.com (charge small booking fee)

CHECK IN FROM 8AM TO 11PM. sorry no check-in outside these times we dont have 24hr
reception!

- baggage storage offered .25c a day per backpack.
- Except for bookings we only accept cash payment at the hostel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We hold reserved beds in good faith so if we have a late cancellation or guests do not arrive we lose
income for that night. So please give us at least 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel
- Paypal deposits direct to us: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if we receive at least 24 hrs notice before scheduled arrival time.
- Hostelworld/hostels.com: As per Hostelworld, Hostels.com terms and conditions, for cancellations we require at least 24hrs notice before
scheduled arrival time. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice means the first night will be charged to your credit card. This charge will
appear on your statement as Fiesta Motel our parent hotel in Australia, and will be the AU$ equivalent of the first night.
