It is also possible to book using www.hostelworld.com or www.hostelbookers.com (we will
take the 10% deposit paid off the price but please note both the deposit & booking fee they
charge is kept as their fee and not paid to the hostel!)
Important Information
Hostel Check-in is from 8am to 11.30pm only
we don't have 24hr reception! there may be slight exception but please contact us first for
confirmation if you are arriving later (there is no curfew however as you will have a key)
Latest room checkout 10.30am.
baggage storage offered .50c a day per backpack.
we only accept cash payment at the hostel.
Cancellation Policy
We hold reserved beds in good faith so if we have a late cancellation or guests do not arrive we lose
income for that night. So please give us at least a full 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel
- Paypal deposits direct to us: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if we receive at least 24 hrs notice before scheduled arrival time.
- Hostelworld/hostels.com: As per Hostelworld, Hostels.com terms and conditions, for cancellations we require at least 24hrs notice before
scheduled arrival time. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice means the first night will be charged to your credit card. This charge will
appear on your statement as Fiesta Motel our parent hotel in Australia, and will be the AU$ equivalent of the first night.
